Hey Everyone!

Just a head's up that as you can probably tell that this blog is pretty much inactive these days (apart from the comments). But I leave it up because I can. Thanks for encouragement and your comments. I encourage you to help one another out in the comments of all the old posts. But the truth is I have barely touched an Arduino (or code for that matter) in the last 5 years, These days I'm mostly focusing on my career as a Lead Lighting Artist in Visual FX along with playing guitar and just trying to being a Good Husband and Father.

Good Luck everyone and God bless :)

p.s. Who knows!? Maybe when my kids are all grown up I can start posting again. haha

Hello Dan,
Recently, I saw your post about servos tools control from Maya. SO AMAZING! But unfortunately for me, I am have hard time to make it work because every information from your website is old (2009). (or I may be wrong) I use Maya 2017, pyserial version is newer(3.3), current OSX. And nothing is working. Can you explain me how to do OSX way instead of window? I know you are away for long time but can you help me out with that. I know Mac is possible, but the main issue is everyhting is different from your tutorial video. I did put Servowrite.py under plug-in in Maya. I open the plug-in manager in Maya and when i turn it on and it kept turn it off itself. Am I missing something? I have arduino uno, servos, Maya, python, Pyserial.
